After Effects 2022 not Working on macOS Monterey version 12.0.1

Hey!
I have a Problem with After Effects 😕😕
Since I updatet macOS Monterey to my Macbook Air M1 Chip (2020) AE doesn't work anymore.
It always crashes at the beginning. This is the message what I get: (Picture 2)
I use these Plugins: AE Juice free Pack + MotionBro
And the solution that you go to " HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plugins/7.0/MediaCore

Move all the files and folders to the desktop (except dummy.txt)" is not working, too. In Common isn't a Plugins Folder (Picture 1)
Please help! I need ae as fast as possible 😞

Con la aplicación cerrada yo intentaría ir a la carpeta Scripts de After Effects y cortando "UpgradeLegacyBlurs.jsx" y pegándolo en otro lugar para tenerlo respaldado por si la solución no es esa. Luego abro Ae y veo qué pasa, si no sale el error entonces ese Script es el problema, si sale el mismo error entonces lo devuelvo a su lugar de origen.
