After Effects 2022 Preview and Render broken, 25 :: 237

I am using video templates, my comp renders perfectly fine until it gets to the pre-comp. Then it freezes and gives me this prompt below. I have an RTX 3070, 16 GB of ram, and an Intel i7-8700. I already finished everything and this is such a pain. Help greatly appreciated!
I don't know necessarily if the pre-comp is the problem, as the frame it errors on is before it. However, I only started noticing the error after I added the pre-comp.
