after effects 2024 does not start

good afternoon greetings.
Since I updated After Effects around April 15, it doesn't start for some reason.
I open it and it stays in the first loading box "initializing media core"
Several things can happen:
1 - It stays on that screen loading until the end of time
2 - If I run it as administrator, it skips this load, starts the program, but when it starts and shows me the interface, if I click anywhere the program freezes immediately until it closes.
3 - the after effects beta does not open either, in any version.
4 - I managed to open after effects using premiere, creating a precomp of premiere, and sending it with dynamic link to after effects. By doing this the program opens and works without problem, but when I close it it does not work again, and I must repeat the process in premiere if I want to open after effects again.

I have tried many solutions, and I have read several forums and seen several tutorials, and none of them solve my problem.

- I already tried to uninstall and reinstall after effects, both from the Creative Cloud app and from Windows.
- I already tried to uninstall after and install an older version, it didn't work with the 3 previous versions that I installed, it doesn't open either, not even the beta.

- I already tried to reinstall and update the drivers for my graphics card, I installed the Gamming drivers, then I installed the studio drivers, I installed the latest ones from Nvidia, I restarted my PC, and the same problem continues, after does not open.

- I already tried to directly reinstall creative cloud in its entirety, it doesn't work either

- I already tried deleting everything and restoring the after plugins and preferences to factory settings, it didn't work either.

- I already tried giving proper permissions in the windows firewall, and various things people did there in tutorials to solve similar problems, and it doesn't work either.

It only happens with after effects, the other programs work normally.

Please help, I can't work.
