After Effects 2024 Hanging on Splash Screen in Windows 11 Pro

I continue having problems with Adobe After Effects version 24 not opening in Windows 11 Pro. I had this problem with every single version of Adobe After Effects. The Splash screen hangs on the Media Core step, and the application never opens. I've installed and removed all plug-ins via the folder and yet nothing seems to work.

 

Is the best alternative to quit the Adobe subscription?

    Also check to see if disabling your audio interface helps. We've noticed that some audio cards can take a long time to initialize and that can align with the Splash Screen showing the Media Core message.

      Do you have TrendMicro (or other such) anti-virus software installed?

      If so, please disable and see if that resolves the issue.
