After Effects 2024 on May 21st, BUG issue with frame rate to seconds. Seriously.

I am having difficulty changing the frame rate to seconds. I know the tabs ctrl click project settings I already tried this. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem I spent like three hours reading.

I'm not quite understanding what you mean by "frame rate to seconds".

In AE, you set the time display option at the project level in File: Project Settings: Time Display Style.
For time display based in Seconds, select the Timecode option, not the Frames option.

If that does not cover what you are wanting to do, we will need a much more detailed description of your objective and how you are attempting to achieve it.
