After Effects 2024 Randomly Stopped Opening

Does anyone know how to fix my After Effects 2024? I try loading it up, and it starts loading as normal, but then just stops and disappears off my screen and from my Task Manager. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling 2024 individually to fix the problem, but that didn't work. My other versions (2025/2026) work despite the issue with 2024.

This often happens due to corrupt preferences, a bad third-party plugin, or outdated GPU drivers. Try holding Ctrl+Alt+Shift (or Cmd+Option+Shift) while launching 2024 to reset your preferences!

1. Does AE 2024 crash while still on the splash screen, or after it fully launches?

2. If on the splash screen, what's the last loading module shown right before it disappears? If it's hard to catch, a short screen recording of the launch would help.

3. Any error messages or crash reports?

4. Your system specs (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version).
