After Effects 2025 not opening the files

I was working on a project in After Effects 2025. I went out for lunch, came back to open the files and it just shows opening files dialog box but doesn't open the file. Tried all the methods that need to troubleshoot but no luck. Transferred the same files to another workstation, it opened at first and then the same thing repeats again. Any solution to this?

I'm using Lenovo Legion, AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX with Radeon Graphics 2.50 GHz processor, 32.0 GB RAM, 12 GB Graphics.

Working on a chroma keying project with few 3rd party plugins.

By now, the other way around I found is I opened the same project in After Effects Beta, saved as with different name and re-opened back in the existing After Effects version and it worked.
