After Effects 2025 will not open

I had been installing the Voukoder Plug-in on a friends recommendation but when I did it had crash with this message, now a couple weeks later it now says this:

 

I have tried everything recommended here (reinstalling, reinstating subscriptions, etc) but it physically won't let me access After Effects.

Unfortunately, Safe Mode will not open, the following message appears when attempted: "After Effects Alert Last log message was: <16457> <AppDirs> <5> Required Dir = / Applications/Adobe After Effects 2025/ Adobe After Effects 2025.app/Contents/ Required".
