After Effects 22.3 - 2022 won't open after update

After update to AE 22.3 won't open an got colored spinning bal. I 've unstalled AE and remove and all plug-ins.  Did 3x times clean install - restart computer.
When start up AE iask me to detect setting to migrate try all  then got got spinning bal and AE responding.

- Do not migrate  - AE 22.1  - AE 22.1

any corrupt file i can flush ?

SYSTEM
OSX monterey 12.3.1 - 25 GHz 28 core  Intel  -  512 GB ram - amd Radeon Pro Vega II 32 GB

PS > On MacbookPro 16' 2019 latest version AE with plug-ing open and works fine

not sure if it's related, but my After effects 22.3 doesn't re-open after quiting, even after restart. Shows startup window, the window disappears and I get a spinning beachball. For me deleting the Adobe After Effects 22.3 MC Prefs, Plugin Loading.log and Debug Database.txt works, after effects starts up normal. Last time I only deleted Adobe After Effects 22.3 MC Prefs and it worked fine.

These files are in ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/After Effects/22.3/

Seems I have to do this everytime I want to start up after effects.

This is on MacOS 12.3.1, M1 Ultra Mac Studio. Only thing I can think of thats differend since this behaviour started is that I installed xcode.

As soon as you open After Effects hold COMMAND+OPTION+SHIFT. You will be prompted to delete the old preferences and cache files. Click OK when AE asks about deleting the preferences and try it again. It should work.
