Imposible to work After effects 23 not showing any view. Older version version worked fine. 1165g7 samsung book loptop 16gb

Hi Tylos,

 

Sorry for your issue.

Do you mind sharing the rest of your system's specifications (CPU, GPU, OS version)? Does it happen with all the projects? Do you see any error messages? Please share a screenshot that shows the problem.

As Mylenium said, start by updating the GPU driver but there are a number of things that can go wrong.

I updated intel drivers. Maybe it helped I canot reapeat problem now. But imported huge bakgruond 16000x8000 and even after deleting it in after effects no animation could be played. After restart whout huge image it also acted weard. I hope it will work for now. If It will reapeat i wil report.

The usual steps apply: Update your system's graphics driver, check the hardware acceleration settings in AE.
