After Effects 23.6.5 download

Hi there,

Sorry, the oldest version of After Effects available for download would be 24.0. Please check the Creative Cloud Support Policy for more details. Could you let us know why you want to install that specific version? Maybe we can come up with workarounds that don't require that version of After Effects.
