After effects

So i reently went into preferences and to audio hardware and changed my bluetooth settings to connect my wireless headphones and i disconnected them and now i cant hear any audio in ae. and when i go int audio hardware ae crashes everytime i try to change my settings back to normal so i can hear my audio,
