After Effects 24.5 crashes while working

After Effects crashes while working, especially with a little complex situations.
In this case, I am applying Warp & Transform Effects with expressions multiple times on a layer, to create a squash & stretch effect in every direction as shown in this tutorial:

My PC Specs:
i9 14th gen
Ram: 64 gb
Graphics: Rtx 4070ti
Storage & C: is on SSD NVMe M4, 2 GB.
