after effects 24.6.2 dynamic linked file created on Mac not opening in premiere pro on PC

Question

PC and Mac have the same versions of the apps and I can open the AE project in both apps on a Mac. The PC will not open the linked file and displays two error messages when I open the AE.

1. After Effects error: Error attempting to duplicate a text object. skipping the text layer. (76::53)

2: After Effects warning: your project file is apparently damaged (skipped sections: 1). Please save using a different name. (26::0)

I I saved using a different file name and it did not work.

Mac OS Sonoma 14.61 Apple M1 Ultra 64 GB

PC Windows 11 latest version

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
