After Effects 25.1 lagging and crashing all the time

Hi.

I've been editing a new pfoject with after effects 25.1. It worked well, but now it has started crashing a lot, lagging, its so slow and won't do anything, it takes a long time to render the changes or it doesn't even render at all. That all started when i made roto brush to my video layer. It started to slow down a lot and took a lot of time to render that too.

Now i can't edit cuz of that. I've tried to clear disk cache and change it, change RAM, CPU and GPU and stuff. And trying to edit with the quality on quater and more. None of these work.

I need to get to edit again.
