After Effects 25.4.0 no reconoce una de las tipografias utilizadas al exportar

Question

After Effects 25.4.0 no reconoce una de las tipografias utilizadas. He tenido que convertir la tipografia en forma para que al exportar no me la sustituyera por otra.  Lo he probado todo, incluso de desinstalar la tipo y volverla a instalar, actualizar a la última versión de AE.... El mensaje que me sale inicialmente es el de la captura que adjunto. Alguien sabe como solucionarlo? Gracias de antemano.

Hi, Thanks @nishu_kush for trying to solve the issue. I did what you suggested but the problem persisted.

I could solve the problem. I think that the font AE took was a duplicated version with the name a bit changed. Sorry, I can't tell you what exactly was because I'm not sure this was the problem, while I was working the font and the format was correct..

Thanks for reaching out, aniolp79455521.

Are you on Windows or Mac? Are you able to use this font in any other application? If you can, you might clear the cache (Edit > Purge > All Memory & Disk Cache) and run After Effects in Safe Mode.
