Question

After Effects 25.6 crashing when exporting.

Hi.

I'm getting a crash everytime I export my animations from after effects. I've updated all my graphics browser, my BIOS, turned off multiframe rendering, turned off GPU excelerator, I uninstalled then re-installed After Effects and Media Encoder, I exported with Media Encoder but still I get the same problem. I export with after effects and still get the same problem.

Please help. I have no idea what to do now.

I have Windows 11, 32GB of ram and 4GB GTX 1650 GPU with an Ryzen 5 5600 CPU. My pc specs are good and drivers and software is up to date.

Is it crashing at the same spot during export? Maybe it's caused by a corrupt file in your timeline.

It was crashing at the same spot.

 

I had a 2.5D object in there and I switched it to a different 3D object I imported from Blender. Seems to have fixed the issue for now.
