androids cant see my after effects videos made from my mac, anyone know how i can solve this issue please?

Without any specific info on render settings or how you are sharing your videos noboidy can tell you much. simply sounds like you may need to educate yourself about what formats are actualyl supported on the respective systems, which for all intents and purposes has nothing to do with AE even.

Can you give us our work-flow. Are you creating video by going to composition/add to render queue and then building the movies to share with your android friends?
