After Effects 3D Camera Tracker is giving me an error

Hello!

I've been trying to fix my 3D camera Tracker for a while. Every time I try to use it, no matter what I get a pop-up that says "Unable to obtain dynamclink server connection." I've tried to uninstall, use Adobe CC Cleaner, enabled the GeoTracker plug-in from KeenTools, use ae in safe mode, removed any Firewalls, and nothing seems to be working. Does anyone have any solution for how I can fix this issue and get the 3D Camera Tracker to work?
