Hi

I've got this message:

“Trimming and applied time effects on Media Replacement layers will be ignored when the Motion Graphics template is applied in Premiere Pro”

The thing is I did not use any audio in my template.

Also I've got this message in Premier Pro:

"unknown error while loading graphics template adobe premier pro".

Could you please help me?

Hi @Никита33347731hoet ,

With Media Replacement layers, you will receive that dialog warning if you have used any time effect, like Time Remap, Echo, etc, or if you have slipped the layer like below (the beige layer). It does not refer to audio.

For slipped/trimmed layers, unslip/untrim the layer, change the pre-comp's settings to the desired duration (if you're using a pre-comp for a Media Replacement input) and move it to the in-point you'd like instead.

The unknown error dialog is often resolved by re-exporting the mogrt. If you're still getting issues after re-exporting, come back here and we'll go through steps to get that fixed for you.

Cheers,

Theresa

Without any specific info about your project and system this isn't going anywhere. Just stating that it throws errors is notr in any way useful.
