After effects advanced 3d does not work

Hello

When I turn on the after effects program and turn on advanced 3d, the program crashes after I convert a layer to 3d.

In the beginning, some kind of error came out. I just rebooted and that's it, I did the project. I just can't open it right now. a window pops up and says "you need to save before exiting", I did nothing with a new project...

Здравствуйте
Когда я включаю программу After Effects и включаю продвинутый 3d, программа вылетает после того, как я конвертирую слой в 3d.
В начале вышла какая-то ошибка. Я просто перезагрузился и все, я сделал проект. Я просто не могу открыть его прямо сейчас. выскакивает окно и говорит "вам нужно сохранить перед выходом", я ничего не делал с новым проектом...
