After Effects AEIO_ERR_INITIALIZED_FAILED : Cineware didnt start properly 0:9995

So, i was trying to get the cinema 4d lite version with after effects but every single time that i create a new c4d file in order to get my lite license this error pops up.

I dont really understand why it happens, i have tried reinstalling AE but it didnt fix my problem. I would very much appreciate some help, thank you.
