After Effects Alert

My After Effects, is crashing without opening, its happened three times in a row?

I have just upgraded the

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)

Processor 1.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5

16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3

MAC OS Monterey Version 12.0.1

Intel Iris Plus Graphics 645 1536 MB

Not sure what the error is?

When this has happened to me I usually try to reset preferences.

Hold down Cmd – Shift – Option when startign up the application and confrim you want to trash preferences in the dialog that appears.

Sorry for your issue.

Did you install any third-party plug-in? Please go to the following location and remove all the files and folders except dummy.txt.

HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plugins/7.0/MediaCore
