After Effects and APP Render really slow

Hi, I am a long time amateure video editor and I have found so much help on this fourm, so first of all, thank you. now....
I'm having problems rendering and previewing my projects on both AE and APP.
I have checked several fourms but I am not certain why it's THIS slow (can't view 5 esconds without waiting a few minutes).
Do my integrated graphics (build in graphics on the motherboard) have a big effect ?
becuase to my understanding CPU and RAM are most importent.
Before you suggest, yes I have:
Updated my Graphics drivers, preview in third or lower and etc.

I have a Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 (integrated graphics) and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
