After effects and it has not been working effectively

Dear community,

We recently used After effects and it has not been working effectively, making it almost impossible to work.

Per online FAQs and solutions, I've already tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. Also, I have changed settings (gpu acceleration, cache, etc) but nothing seems to solve this issue here.

My setup is: Dell G15 5520 (Please Find The attachment), After effects(23.1)

I do have issues with Premiere, After Effects & Photoshop as well.

Reset your Windows installation. It's probably messed up with some OEM nonsense from Dell.
