After Effects and Mac OS Sequoia 15.5

After Effects crashes on my Mac (M1 Max, 64GB RAM /  32 Core) whenever I import a video or perform similar actions—spinning wheel of death every time. It works fine on Windows 11, but I’d really prefer to finish the project on macOS. Any ideas on a fix? I could really use the help.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps like deleting the cache or resetting preferences? Give that a try and let us know.
