After Effects and Media Encoder

Hi,

At the end of this year I am going to purchase Adobe After Effects as an individual app. The only issue is that I need to export my video files as .mp4s. Currently, once I finish editing I export the file via Media Encoder.

I noticed that on the single app purchase page, Media Encoder is not an option.

So what I'm wondering is: is it possible to download After Effects as a single product and still export using Media Encoder? And if not, how can I work around this?

I'm only an amateur when it comes to Adobe software so please correct me if I've made any mistakes!
