After Effects and Media encoder Dynamic links not working

Ever since I upgraded my AE and ME I can't export my files.  This is causing me a lot of problems as I rely on this software to create a lot of edits and need to export all of the time.

When I export from AE it opens ME automatically, but then the files never appear in the ME queue, they just disappear.

I am using both After Effects 22.0. and Media Encoder 22.0.

I have so much work I need to get to a client that I NEED this connection to work. I don't need a workaround that makes me render and then import into ME which I've seen some suggest I do as it's far too time consuming.
