After Effects and Media Encoder Export Difference

This is my Media Encoder screen preview screen. 

 

And this is how it supposed to be. (This happens during Glitch Effect shows up. The other parts of composition is normal.)

 

Please help. Why this is happening? I tried to render it from inside of After Effects but there is no cool option for that thanks to Adobe. Isn't there any way that I can export as H.264 inside from it?

Well, the obvious answer likely is that you have to fix your expressions. That warning surely isn't there just for fun. A broken positioning expression could easily explain your odd behavior. Other than that of course it could simply be problems with hardware accelerated rendering and such, so check your settings on that front.

That error was not about it. I deleted that expression code but still same.
