After Effects and Media Encoder only renders 1 frame for 30 seconds

I've recently tried to render out my video and it only renders the first frame of my video for the duration of my composition (30 sec). I have tried using GPU acceleration as well as Mercury Software only. My render settings are the standard 23 fps, 1080p H.264 format. I use many effects such as Sapphire and BCC however ive never come across this problem in the past. My PC specs are 32 GB RAM, Ryzen 9 5900x, and a 3080ti. Maybe I clicked a setting by accident? Any ideas? Thank you.
