I'm ALMOST finished renderring my film out.  My sound mixer sentme two seperate wav tracks, one for L and one for R,  But when I did my first render and showedto him, he told me it came out as Mono.  Do I fxi this by opening the stereomixer for both, and having the R level set to zero for the L side and vice versa?

You can, but why would you? AE is terrible at audio processing and simply pushing a bunch of sliders up and down isn't how a real audio mix works, anyway. You don't paint houses with toothbrushes, you know. Use the right tool for the task.

It's just, the expert sent me a L stereo and a R stereo.... Surely AFX can
handle something as simple as assigning each to a specific side to make it
stereo, no? All the mixing is done already and he sentme the full finished
mix, I just gotta export the final mov then mp4...

AE is not an audio editing app. The whole workflow doesn't make any sense. Request a pre-mixed stereo file matching the intended output specs.

So there's absolutely no way I can get it to export stereo from After
effects...
