After Effects Audio and Video wont play in real time together

Hello!

as the title says I am having lots of trouble with this, I can preview audio or video individualy in real time but the second I turn them on together the audio does not play in real time after the first second or two. I have cleared my cache, enabled and disabled almost everything in the preview pannel and I dont know whats going on.

My Specs:

CPU: ryzen 5950x

GPU: EVGA 3080ti

RAM: 32G G.Skill Trident Z 3200

MOTHERBOARD: X570 Hero

And this happens also in the second reproduction? that is, after After Effects makes the first reading of the timeline in RAM? Remember that Ae first reads and stores in RAM everything it can first and then you can see it in real time, when the green line appears as far as your RAM reaches.
