After Effects Audio Sync Issue

I have a finished video with audio exported as a mp4 out of Premiere Pro ... I have imported this video into After Effects and simply added titles ... No extra video or audio added ... Upon .mov export from After Effects, the audio and video are out of sync as well as the audio is somewhat staggered ... I have double checked the exported video from Premiere Pro and it is fine and plays perfectly as the exported mp4 ...  I have done this multiple times before and never encountered any problems ... Any advice would be greatly appreciated
