Hello, Can you help me?

If I add a “wave warp” effect it doesn’t appear in the final render.

You have to enable the "render unsupported features" option. Of course this will merely produce an image sequence that you could just render the normal way. You may want to refer to the Bodymovin' manual what it actually supports and how it works. Your workflow makes no sense.
