After Effects Broken Preview

Question

Hey Guys, my AE preview functions normally for a few times. then when I preview using spacebar it loses the audio, and for the preview after that it doesnt preview at all. Whenever I press spacebar now it switches to the hand tool for the duration that I'm holding it and lights up the frame redner time as green. when I double press it goes back one frame. I didnt double assign anything, using 0 on numberpad didnt work. Reinstalled, cleared all settings, caches etc. all didnt work. Tried changing thw audio hardware output settings as it worked for some people, but changing it either crashes after effects or doesnt work.

The bug in this video is the same one I have. The fix isnt working. I'd love some help
