after effects can't continue Premiere Pro import plugin generated an unexpected exception

I have tryed lot of options, even creating new seperate .ae file, and it just keeps showing up again and again and again, for 14 projects it worked fine today, but this particular project just keeps showing this error.

I was exporting adobe premiere pro project from after effects. 

I have cleaned chach, memory, deleted unused files, disabled all efects, cuz effects is not important here, only sound for multichannel mastering. 

Don't know what to do anymore. even saved with a different name in different location. collected files once again trough dependencies, but NOTHING.
