After Effects CC 2014 Debug Alert "After Codecs 1.2.2"

I'm using the "After Codecs 1.2.2" plugin I have Windows 10 build 1607 (There were no such errors on the 1703 build). After Effects CC 2014 gives an error when selecting the codec mp4 or mov from after the codecs 1.2.2. Tried to reinstall and a plug and after effects - did not help What to do? ryzen 1800x, 32gb, gtx 980
