The After Effects CC 2015 (13.5.1) bug-fix update is now available, which addresses this bug:

I've got the same problem. Complete and utter waste of time you are Adobe, your software sucks!

I also have issues with Premiere where you can't even import a folder with MXF files in!

Try testing your software before releasing updates in future!

I've found that as long as both programs aren't running at once then this error doesn't occur. I always close After Effects before opening premiere and Vice versa. I always get the error when both programs are running at the same time.

I am having the same problem with AeCC2015. I get the same error message every time I have both Premiere and After Effects opened at the same time. I do not have Warp Stabilizer in my project but I do have the 3D Camera Tracker which is almost the same process. This is becoming a huge issue because I can no longer dynamic link any of my effects into Premiere to continue work on my project!

I just want to put my hat in the ring of people experiencing this same problem. Yes the project has Warp Stabilize. It was OK until I tried to open the clip in Premiere (dynamic link), then AE started popping up the error and won't work at all. Hopefully since enough people are experiencing this bug they will get on it immediately.

Yea, I'm gonna have to chime in here. Thank the lord I didn't overwrite CC2014 when I installed CC2015. I have been playing around with CC2015 and it seemed pretty stable so I thought I'd start a new client project in CC2015. It just seems very clunky overall, still images in Premiere are locking up my timeline and I have to wait for it to recover after every edit. If I remove the stills the problem goes away. This new error (FLT_General etc.) seems more related to dynamic link for me, no stabilizers on any of the footage, just a typical green screen/ graphics file with some minor keyframes, import the comp into PP and whamo... freeze Frame, up pops the never ending FLT_whatever error..... oh, right for sh_ts and grins I tried exporting a time line with the new TIME TUNER (in premiere)-- with no luck, set up a time line 30:18 long and tried to compress it to 30, NOPE...Failed export. ---Sometimes the cursor line (red line in comp window) in AE just disappears , I can see the arrow at the top but the line going down thru the comp....Gone. I understand with these types of changes and some of the upgrades they're trying to introduce, there are going to be bugs but... this, not ready for prime time.

I am looking forward to the fixes when they come.

    Hi BNall,

It just seems very clunky overall, still images in Premiere are locking up my timeline and I have to wait for it to recover after every edit.

Please create a post in the Premiere Pro forum. Sounds like one of the memory leak issues we have been noticing. We have workarounds in place that may help with these AE issues. I don't want to hijack this thread, so that's why I suggest a separate post over there.

I am having this problem and its killing my workflow immensely.

so many deadlines to meet as well.

    I cant download older versions.

Do you have a rough time of when the next update is out with these bug fixes?

I am getting the same error. However, all I have in my AE comp that I'm trying to use dynamic link to in Premier are a couple of text layers and a couple of solid layers with only scale and opacity keyframes on things. It's crashing every time. I don't have any effects on my layers at all, but I do have motion blur turned on for the text layers.

Same probleme here im cc 2015. I am again dissapointed. New release and facing first big issue again. Is there no testing before? I paying for a working program. Do you buy cars that only drive after 1000 miles? Any fixing time mentioned by adobe?

I am a wondering as my project on Mac works fine but not on Windows. I have warp stabilization running in pp then do dl to ae. The effect get applied there. I am also running 3d camera tracker on one clip. Thus could be anything.

Had a chat today with Martin from the support. They know nothing about the problem. He gave me some "tips" reinstall, 3rd party plugs and try to open a new project. awesome tips.

I am a bit angry about this. hope adobe tries to help with a fast bugfix....
