As has been said, you have a huge stroke applied over your text. Turn it off. If you don't know how type Character Panel in the search help field at the top right corner of AE and check out the help files. If you are going to animate type you need to understand all of the switches in this panel and how to reset them.

thanks, I was using an old version of AE and for some reason this new one come like that and i didn't  notice
