After Effects CC 2019 is unusable!
Even if I have a cache preview ( green bar on timeline ) i cannot see in real time but  only 6fps on 25fps comp, just with a simple trim path on a shape in a single 1920*1080 comp!
How it is possibile?!

System specs: After Effects CC 2019 (16.1.3)

Windows 10 Pro

AMD Ryzen 1700

32 GB RAM

512 SSD (x2)

120 GB SSD After Effects Disk Cache

Gainward GTX 2070

tested with GeForce Game Ready Driver 436.48 and GeForce 431.86 Studio Driver

I've already tried all the solutions I found on web!
Please help. THANKS!

It seems that with each update the program becomes slower. It is also impossible for me to preview in real time, a curious thing if I leave a program menu displayed for example file or open the project settings window, it starts playing without any problem. Hopefully adobe concentrates on stability rather than new functions.

I feel it is safe to say that the vast majority of users do not have such issues. There is most likely something amiss with your setup that is preventing AE from being performant. What are your monitor and GPU settings, in AE?

What are your monitor settings and do you use a 4K monitor?

It just is how it is. Adobe don't claim that the RAM Preview is going to reach full speed, and the only reliable way to watch a composition in real-time is to render it to file. I agree it seems to have become worse in recent versions, and while a more powerful PC means it can struggle to full speed more often, but even on the best workstations there are times when it just refuses to cooperate. Your PC specs are fine, and as you said it worked in the past. It's usually not worth trying to figure out the reasons why AE does what it does - work as far as you can using the stuttery playback, and some imagination, then render it out and play from your desktop.

Did you tried purging Ae and then making render again?

    Thanks for your reply!
    Yes, I've tried to
    _Purge disk and media cache
    _Delete preference file
_Unistall all the Creative Suite and Reinstall
    _Update all the driver
    _Edit Size monitor 2K
    _Change monitor 2K to FHD
    _Change Windows DPI application preference
    _Close/Resize timeline

The only solution for me is to come back to AE CC 2017. Even with AE CC 18 I can't have real time cached preview.
