After Effects cc 2020 Keeps freezing when I render

Hello so im an edior and ive never had this problem before but when I re installed ae again everything was fine until I started rendering. It was rendering for a while then it just stopped. I shut off my pc and restarted it and opened the file again to see if i could render it now and it didnt work. I tried this for over a million times. My composition setting was 60fps, and full. PLEASE HELP

A million times?  LOL.    Is the problem only with the one project, or with every project?  How long are you giving it to respond?  Sometimes "expensive" sections of a project may take some time to calculate.

What renderer are you using?
