I can't create a basic 3d project with after effects inCINEMA 4D: Render

, It tell me connection failed

    I'm using version 14.0.0

    I would suggest you to update After Effects to the latest version (14.2.1) and check if that helps.

    Do you have any additional Cinema 4D app or you are trying to use the Lite version included with AE?

    Hello Jose ,

    I Donwload After effects cc2017 version 14.0.0 from creative cloud and I try to make a new composition and make a simple 3d shape & camera , try to render this with C4D render and this message appear
