After Effects CC2017 Shutting Down if go ti Preferences

Hey

At first Sry for by bad English xDDD

I've Installed AECC2017 on my Windows PC:
     CPU: i5-6600K OC
     RAM: 24GB DDR4-2133
     GPU: GTX 1060 6G
   

If I Open AE and want to go to the Preferences and clear the Disk Cache, AE Shutting down without Error Message.
I dont know what I can do ... Pls Help Me.
