When the user adjusts the timeline, the mouse movement becomes very slow, causing a 0.5 second stop, and when adjusting the color, the software also stops working, taking 1-2 seconds to continue working. How can I solve this problem?or how do I adjust After Effects acceleration?

The driver is up to date, but it's still slow to use, and it's not project specific. The same thing happens with in-house designers. It's smooth when using Mac, but becomes very slow when switching to Win.

How to solve this problem?
