so i have had this issue for awhile and i dont know how to fix it i don't reall understand what i did for this to happen i have unistalled so many times thinking it would fix but it won't and i really don't know what to do.

It happeneds when I put cinema 4d or whatever the effects is called I forgot lol but it happeneds when I put the effect on something
