Question

After Effects closes when adding in preset

Hi! Whenever I want to add a third-party preset file (it contains Twixtor) my After Effects just closes with no message just nothing.. This only started happening when I resetted my pc a few weeks ago and I've got no idea how to fix this nor do I remember how I made the preset.. does anyone know how to fix this or not?

    Are you able to apply Twixtor directly?  Establishing that will help in troubleshooting why the preset will not load as expected.
