After Effects closes while searching for fonts

Hello i have this issue when i search about any fon in small letter in font search bar i face problem and after effect is closed

Hi there,

Sorry for the issue. For clarification, After Effects crashes while searching for Text in the Properties panel. Is that correct? Please let us know which version of After Effects you're using. Please try deactivating your Fonts in the Creative Cloud app. If you recently installed a font pack that is not listed in Adobe Fonts, please delete it (Control Panel > Fonts > select fonts and delete; for macOS, use these steps) and check if that helps.
