After effects composition color

Question

So, I downloaded an after effects file with animated boxes, lets suppose for example there are three boxes , all 3 boxes are in three different composition. when I change colour of the box in one composition the color changes from all composition, I deleted expression value and disabled expression still somehow its all connected.

You need to duplicate the compositions in the project window to truly isolate and decouple them. Duplicating stuff in the timeline will merely create a reference to an existing comp and those can be infinitely shared across a million oither comps as well. You may want to read the online help on some basics.
