After effects composition view

Hi,

I was wondering if someone may know how to change the view back in after effects, (see picture 1) I dont know what I pressed for this to happen. I find this so funny when I know after effects really well, but cant figure this out. 


I want it back to looking like picture 2 ...

If anyone could help, that would be amazing.
