After Effects crash 2020

Hello, My After Effects keeps crashing the moment it opens up, I have contacted Adobe Support, researched the internet, deleted prefs, created another account, deleted Extensions and plugins and more.

I am on Catalina 10.15.3. MacBook Pro 15' Mid-2012.

It can not inialize Mediacore I think.

I get that error screen..

 

Please help. I am "very" depressed at the moment, It has been 3 days so far.

This is the first time I face a technical prob which I can not understand or handle regarding installing or the alike.

Problem solved with the help of Adobe Support, a plug-in malfunction located in the MediaCore folder. Thank you for Rohan of Adobe Support. You saved me 🙂

    look like you have a GPU issue? your PC look old so try to install a previews version of AE and see if it can work

      Thank you for replying.

      I have every other application more sophisticaed than After Effects running.

      The same kind of error is reported here with more advanced machines like the powerful newer iMac Pro.

      Hence I tried many solutions, but non of them worked.

      I did tried AE 17, not working.. till 3 days earleir.. Everything was running fine.. even 17.0.2.

      I have no idea what to do.. 😞
